Within 14 days of delivery you are entitled to one free round of corrections for errors in the translation. Complaints must be reported by email within that period. After that, the delivery is deemed accepted.

You remain the owner of your source texts. Upon full payment, you obtain all rights of use to the translation.
We treat your texts and data confidentially and use them only for your assignment. See also our privacy statement.
