Company name, contact person's name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), website URL, the texts you supply, billing details and the content of our correspondence.
Requests and correspondence: up to 2 years after the last contact. Invoices and accounting records: 7 years (statutory tax retention obligation). Texts you supply are deleted no later than 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them longer for maintenance.
We do not sell your data. We use processors for hosting, email and AI translation software, under data processing agreements. If a processor is located outside the EEA, this only happens with appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as encrypted connections and restricted access.
This site uses no tracking or marketing cookies, only what is technically necessary.
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object, withdraw your consent and request data portability. Email us; we respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
We may update this statement; the date at the top shows when it was last changed.
